Duncan Ferguson is vice president responsible for the commercial and industrial printing businesses for Epson in Europe. Having worked previously for both Shell and Kodak, Duncan joined Epson in 2003, and had a key role in establishing Epson’s UltraChrome ink family and Epson’s Precision Core micro-piezo printheads as market leading technologies. Duncan has held various senior management roles at Epson covering professional printing, labels, signage, textiles and robotics. He has a strong interest in “useful technology”, always keen to understand how Epson can benefit individual companies as well as wider society. Duncan has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Durham. He is married with two children, is a keen cricketer, and recently took up cycling during the Covid crisis.

Heiner Rupperath is 45 years old and has been working for Brother Internationale Industriemaschinen in Emmerich am Rhein already for 18 years. He is currently the Director of Industrial Printing Business for EMEA and Environmental Officer, but has also experience in marketing, sales, controlling, SCM and product management.

Dr. Inga Bargende is an industrial engineer with a passion for textiles and innovation management. After having finished her studies and PhD at RWTH Aachen University, she joined Covestro in 2020 as an Innovation Trainee being responsible for cross-business entity and cross-functional projects related to digital printing. Since 2021 she leads the business development and lab for digital textile printing as part of the Global Textile Coatings Team.

Debbie McKeegan is an award-winning British designer and holds 25+ years of professional multi-disciplinary experience in design and textile manufacturing. She now serves as an expert authority on digital disruption. As a digital print pioneer, she has participated in the reform of the print industry and continues to devote her career to digital technologies and their application across the entire textile space. She is a renowned authority in the digital textile eco-system, the CEO of Texintel, FESPA Textile Ambassador and an international speaker, author, and podcaster.
